Maybe a silly question???

Hi I am a natuaral body builder, and have had a bit of a set back to my training, I got injured in the gym and have had to take 2 years off. Ive just started back lately and have just completed my 1st month back into training.

I usally have a healthy diet and take protein shakes, do the createin 1 month on 1 month off.

I wanted somthing extra to help me get back to where I was before, so started to take super pump 250 for the 1st time, after getting over the side affects, I found this product to give me good gains.

I am thinking about dropping my balance creatine, and starting on size on to see if that helps again.

This maybe a silly question is there any products that are anything like steroids or have the same affect, but are legal and dont have any health side affects???

I thought I would ask you guys because you know alot more than me about this area cheers :nod:
