Has certainly helped me sort out some injuries, but I haven't had any major skeletial adjustments to comment on.

I'd say if your suffering from some from of pain/headaches/sleep issue then its definatley worth a look - but if your otherwise in good health than I suspect not.

From all the niggles and a very bad back I've had over the years, the chiropractor was the only person who fixed my problems.

Niggles from squats etc - neck and lower back were fixed by a chiropractor. The physio never really fixed anything. And I've been to plenty. Wasn't till I made a decision to change that my problems were fixed.

I now do not rates physios at all. Plus an improvement in form helped to reduce the need for visits.

not that ive had any serious injuries like get hit by a 130 kg rugby player or fall out of a tree or something. never really played high contact sports growing up. other than going to the chiropractor to make an adjustment that was caused by doing something completely careless, we discovered there were a few other adjustments that needed to be made. some werent as serious but definately the hip was.

related to nothing, it was out of alignment and he put it back in place. this also reduced the difference in length of both my legs, which have always been very distinct.

im thinking perhaps it could be benefiting for me to go to a chriopractor for maintenance maybe every so often.
