shoes for bodybuilding

Hi I would like to know where you can buy the fancy shoes you wear for bodybuilding im after the clear sole ones...Would love your help where to buy them and prices.

I just wear cross trainers when I train but I dont where you can buy fancy shoes for bodybuilding.

to be honest i can't think of why you need fancy shoes. as long as the shoes provide adequate ankle support they should do the trick

Skate Shoes with flat sole real good. I use DVS. Can multi as a casual shoe as well

Jigga just suggested Chucks or bare feet on another thread. I think that sounds about right. Obviously for the weight room only; they're good with fairly solid flat soles so good for squats and the like.

Mind you, the height of some of those clear shoes, would make for greadt deficit deadlifts :pfft:

Jo Rogers sells some on her website, http://www.styleonstage.com (i think), if you google Jo Rogers it comes up with the right website. I got mine online from the U.K., I googled "Bodybuilding Figure Shoes". They come in 5" and 6" heels. The smaller ones don't have the big front platform, that is what I got, they are quite stable, whereas the extra inch require heaps of practice to learn how to walk naturally in.
