got back into front squats today theyre typically not a part of my routine but im going to be rotating them in as a variation.

the only problem i have is the setup. i had a slight tightness in my elbow, however i didnt stretch my tricep so this could be why. my whole body is quite flexible so i dont think its my flexibility. the second thing is if my arms are big and theyre getting bigger and bigger this issue is just going to get more and more problematic. if i try setup with my wrists out further than elbows to compensate for arm size theres alot of external shoulder rotation not that thats a problem but thats when i get the irritation in my elbows. also with that said i couldnt even get it to sit tight on my clavicle so i ended up squatting with my arms crossed over the bar.

i know if i can manage to squat the traditional way ill be more tigther in the upper back/stronger arch and dont have to worry about shoulders dropping down.
