He has definately brought his legs up from last year. I imagine he lived in the squat rack for the last 12 months!

Grant looked the best I've seen him. His conditioning seems to be improving every show. :clap:

I also thought Grant looked better then last year's aussie pro show with more size as well in a few years time Grant will be giving the top pros a good run for there money.

They both looked awesome, hard to compete with the big guns but they did us proud. So well done Grant and Mike, there is no shame in being average amongst the giants of the sport.

On Go figure there is a video of back stage from the Aussie pro show which is worth checking out.It has footage of Mike and Grant pumping up and Kai Green. When I watched it saw the size of Kai Green hamstrings I was :shock: .
