hi guys just hoping you could please help me!?

I want to tone up some areas but I dont know what

machines or weights (and what way to use the weights) to

tone some areas -

Pec, Tri, Bi,Obliques, Lat, Ab, Glut, Hemi, Quads, Calf, Achilles

Yes I admit I have been hiding for a while! :cry:

As I've been on a spiral downwards for a while!

So I've decided to push on and try to get back on track!

But wont hold my breath! As it is hard to get motivation to

train alone! :oops:
