Just got a new job and would be working from 8am most weekdays and some weekends.

Just building on a housesite.

I still want to continue body building but now am at crossroads.

Will i need to eat alot of carbs like extra to stay fueled and energized through the day. So i dont burn off muscle.

I will train at the gym twice in the week and both days in the weekend?

Use my work as cardio. Would this been fine? Would have to add to my diet?
