Diuretics

Growth

Im thinking more like the ones that are supposed to work in like 72 hours or something, and really drop a good 2-3 kilos of water weight of you.

Ive never tried a diuretic before, im interested to know if the claims people make about them are infact true.

I've used NFS UltraDefinition precomp, and it seemed to do the trick - although I was a little preoccupied at the time, so it wouldn't have been a particularly comprehensive analysis... :pfft:

You do need to be quite lean to see any effects, I believe - but I don't know exactly how lean.

Growth, when I competed I did the usual water load/deplete and used Nutralife herbal diuretic. Always worked good for me.

If you know a friendly doc you can get Lasix (Furosemide) which works really fast.. apparently... :shifty:

lasix is also extremely dangerous

No offence Jono but you can add that label to any diuretic out there. Anybody using a diuretic for a purpose other than as medically directed needs to have done his / her homework prior.

Growth, you want to err on the safe side then use a herbal diuretic. If you are looking for a supplement company diuretic product then I have used Taraxatone in the past and found it effective.

Most of the herbal base Diuretics are similliar in make up some way or another, it is just there potency is not that strong--- the one we have been having great success with is the Universal product called Abuterol !!!

Also one of our main stay herbals that are also great are the Nutralife Double strength herbal diuretics !!!

The trick with Herbals is to get the body moving fluid through the system early enough , so it pays to start them 3 to 4 days out prior to the show, you slowly increase your dose over this time whilst pulling fluid back---- a little bit oppisite if you were to use a pharmacuticle option.

Also during this time keep your protein count still relativly high as this aids the effect !!!
