Where to buy olympic bar & bench in Wellington

Hi gang,

Do any of you know the best place to buy an olympic bar & bench in the Wellington region? It's time for an uber home gym!

I've been looking at a few exercise equipment websites but their benches don't seem particularly sturdy looking & they don't seem to stock olympic bars....just six footers!

Elite at the Basin lists a 7' Oly bar, but the website says it's only rated to 400lb, which would be either wrong (400kg, maybe?) or useless.

There's a company in Lower Hutt, I think the name's Fitness Imports, who list a 1500lb Oly bar, 69 Pharazyn St.

Yeah fitness imports looked great but the website only stated outlets up north. I gave them a call & it looks like the Hutt branch has closed down! They did however seem keen on delivering so I'll see how much extra that will cost. Now off to investigate Elite. Cheers for your help.
