Hello all,

I'm a 28yr old female based in Dunedin and I'm pretty keen on this gym stuff :lol:

I go 5 mornings a week at 6am and I'm looking to add a bit more muscle (particularly to my legs) right now, weigh about 56kgs (5,7).

Any advise or ideas I can get are most welcome!

It is definately more male dominated! Particularly upstairs in the weights room, the women tend to stay downstairs which has some weights and cardio equipment but upstairs is the place to train if you want to do a good weight program. It can be a bit intimidating but you get over it!
