Hey everyone im 20 live in good old west auckland and have been training for the past 2 years on and off rather slack until about a month ago as ive decided the only way to do it is do it well and train/diet hard. Im not too sure on my bodyfat percentage etc at the mo but im about 76 kgs and around 170 cm (i think).

My goal is basically to get fit and big and have a general healthy lifestyle all round. btw i just want to say thanks to everyone on here ive bin reading alot of topics and they have really helped me with alot of questions ive been wondering about :D
