Yea I'm new.

Hi I'm a student, that's been lifting for a good two years. just joined up so I can set up a log for my goals over the next few months.

So I'm 17 5'11 105kg at low twenties in the bodyfat percentages. Looking to drop a bit of fat and gain strength where I can. I've started a log in that section so check it out if you want.

I had an account on here a few years ago but never used it and have since forgotten both the username and the password. Lurked a bit from time to time but never had a need for an account.

So Hi anyway
