At the moment $200 odd dollars a week just the two of us. This doesn't include breads, cakes, the typical crap you find in most trolleys at the supermarket. Chicken, venison, salad greens, other vegetables, nuts, eggs, kumara, spuds, lamb. Thats how exciting that is. Just as well water is free. :pfft:

Ditto... fresh vegies and fruit, chicken, beef, tuna, almonds, cheese and bread for the missus, brown rice, oats, milk... Wierd thing is, apart from the tuna there's stuff-all in cans, no processed rubbish. I've had people check-out the cart and kinda look like "Where's all the canned goods, the junk in boxes?"

That covers the food

Supplements is another large expenditure, break your monthly spend down to each week and add that to food as well.

Ummm, total including supps, $300.00 (this doesn't include the amount of crap paper that you need to buy pre-contest either)! :pfft:

About $350 a week for two for food/coffee. I stick to a pretty varied whole foods diet most of the time and utilise the local veggie markets at the weekend and stock up.

Supplements are pretty expensive as well, with this combine personal training and extra curricular activities (martial arts etc) and it all adds up at the end of the month.

Good on ya mate! Yay for 100% natural! Personally I don't even eat canned food, but what you are doing is already really really good. It all pays off in the long run. I believe that processed foods play a role in causing cancer, just all those damn chemicals going into bodies doing God knows what. Aren't cheese and milk considered processed???

Keep it up!!!
