help with my Food intake

Hey everyone I have hit a wall, haven’t really dieted just cut out crap drinks, alcohol and have been training 3 – 5 times a week lost around 20kgs now weighing 105 at 6ft 2 everything’s looking good except the belly! Still working out and running ect. Taking no.shotgun and ripped freak

I have never been given advice on food except lower fat sugars carbs ect the better ?

What should I stay away from, what should I eat and how should I choose my food?

Intake levels of food ? food groups ?

Where can I get a good eating and diet plan ?

Any help would be appreciated
