yeh thats true ive been on it for a week now and i have a noticed a few strength gains nothing major so far though

Yeah - that's me.

I just started taking things a bit more seriously - sorted out my diet & making sure I get my ass into the gym when I'm supposed to.

I mentioned in another post that I've been doing training with the HST method & I've had some good results with it.

I've got my journal posted on a couple of boards, I should start one here.

A couple of the other places I post are getting over-run with kids who are more interested in what gains they'll get from supps than actual hard work.

I wouldn't bother with the NO products mate - they give you a temporary larger pump than normal & the caffeine perks you up but it leaves toxins in your system.

I use the original kre-alkalyn from AAEFX, they now have it in liquid form and it rocks.
