What supplements have you had seized at customs?

I'm looking at getting gaspari cytolean and mitotropin through bodybuilding.com but don't want to make a decent sized order if it's not going to make it through customs. Anyone have any info on either of these or products they have had stopped

Cytolean is no problem, but I'm fairly certain someone I know wasn't able to order mitotropin via bb.com, though I don't know what the reason is since we sell it here. I also wasn't able to order superpump 250 via bb.com despite being able to buy it here, which I guess is due to the different recommended dosage here compared to the US. When you get to the page after you've put your address in, they say if they can't ship X product to NZ.

5th order got snagged they sent a seizure letter to my x girlfriends house

she just ignored it

My brother ordered some no-explode online once..

And that didnt come thru haha

Hi folks ....what about basic supplements like creatine ..Glutamine???.... has any body had experience buyin them from bb.com?....There is a page on bb.com which mentions what supplements are banned in nz....but was intrested to know is if anybody had an unpleasant experience? :roll:

I swear that now i'm onto my second tub of superpump (first was in April 09 from the states) that I hardly even notice the pumps anymore, get the energy and the dizzyness and dry mouth, time for something new?

You were very lucky as they can get bit nasty with ephedrine as it can be chemically reduced into methamphetamine. Not suggesting you were doing this Outkast but that was a lot of ECA stacks

These products are cheap enough here to even consider bothering getting them from US.

As per what someone else said, when you go to the checkout at bb.com and have something that isn't allowed here (for whatever reason), it says :naughty: :pfft:

I think the thing with the Superpump 250 has something to do with the serving size, you take one scoop in US but a 1/3rd in NZ, as the vit content comes per serve needs to follow guidelines similar to "energy drinks"

I've gone up to one and a half scoops of the NZ stuff on an empty stomach and just left me very light headed, i guess there's nothing like the first time you try it

Have you tried Beta Alanine? (Balance do one) Now there is a tingle! I add some of that to my Superpump

Have a look elsewhere on here for other prev comment on ZMA, from memory there was an issue about the dose-on-the-label exceeding the NZ RDI - but a ZMA mix isn't that expensive in the shops here (with a normal-person's dosage on the label), is it?

TFB is right, the dosage on these is above the rdi in nz so bb.com wont send them. There are plenty of other websites that will send them though. Just dont cry to me if they get stopped at customs!
