Hey GR,

I notice that use incorperate alot a partial reps in your training.

Is the theory behind this to keep constant tension on the target muscle?

Does this create muscle overload and therefore more growth?

The reason being I do partial reps in my training it dose't put any stress on my joints plus it lowers the risk of being injured.Thanks for your feedback and looking forward to making the next Gym Rat movie not to sure when that will be.
