I think eggs are cheap at moore wilsons, um, I get meat from the mad butcher but if you can make friends with a butcher you might get a better deal.

Generally when the mad butcher has some specials on (like 10.99 chicken breast) its pretty good deal.

A mate reckons he can get me a whole cow (processed too) for $500 cause he knows a guy that does homekill. Whill let you know how that goes.

Hey Gymsta. I am not sure if your looking to buy bulk Almonds/Cashews and so on. If your try some indian stores as they sometimes have them on special for 10$/kg. While in pack n save they are like 30-40$/kg.

I have bought few kgs from them and im still alive, so i guess they are ok. Check them out if ur keen.

Davis shipped the WPC 450 20kg sack 'o' protein to me after I did a bank deposit. As far as cheap food goes....

*I can get a 30 tray of size 7 eggs for $5 at an asian store.

*2x2l Milks for $4.90-$5.50 depending on location, at service stations and dairies.

*Mad Butcher sometimes has a special on steak mince, $6/kg or 2kg for $10. You can get loads of meat this way and bulk up your freezer, if you don't mind fatty steak mince (I personally got sick of the stuff).

Looks like Davis does trays of size 7 eggs too, interesting.

Moore Wilsons  I get eggs by the 15doz there (size 7 = $40) and just bought a 10kilo sack of Rolled Oats today for $25. Meat is usually decently priced too, and I've found to be better quality than the MB.

n.b - The oats don't taste quite as good as Uncle Toby's IMHO, but they certainly aren't bad, and nutritional profile is the same.

Davis Trading are essentially the same. Check out their catalogue.

Hmmmm these types of stores never seem to list prices, all the items have codes. I'm thinking you might have to register on their website to view prices?
