mAte if it weren't for the fear of an arse raping it seems that the body can undergo a muscular transformation in prison. i've seen photos of this guy from a few years back and he has definately grown since than.

yeah mate.. cuz they have a slower metabolism.. they get lots of rest and incentive to get big or literally get fuc#d. BUT beats me how they do it on limited food. I am very very very sure they have access to gear, at least in american prisons.

word is that it is easier to get drugs in american prisons than on the street. aas should be no problem.
