I find this thread to be fairly pointless. Why must the values be a split of 100%. Its not like you cant nail each one all at the same time. In reality you can have your diet spot on, be nailing your workouts and be getting the rest your require, in effect having 100% for each.

Im not really sure what it is you are asking.

Not really asking anything, just seeing what people think, as I said I was just bored on a Sat arvo. :)

Often you will get people who think that all they need to do it lift weights to get big, neglecting diet and/or rest. Even I have been guilty of this when I first started, before doing some research and finding out the facts.
