Last night's dinner.

Egg-base pizza with chicken, beef, bacon, salami. Couldn't decide on BBQ or Chilli sauce so made it a half'n'half.

Came out pretty well except the base didn't get crispy enough to pick up so needed to use knife & fork. Next time I'll try putting the base under the grill for a few minutes before adding the toppings.

Other than that, highly recomended nom nom nom \:D/

Can I have the recipe for that pizza base please, Ronin? =P~

Actually there isn't really a recipe, I just beat together a bunch of eggs (6 I think) and threw them in the pan till they were cooked. As mentioned, next time I do it, I'll try grilling that before I put the toppings on.

For a lower-fat option, you could try using more egg-whites, fewer whole eggs.

Here was lunch for my high fat day today (sludge was an additional "snack" :shifty:):

post-6072-14166821924934_thumb.jpg

Chicken is just shredded + cold from the supermarket ($1.20 per 100g at my local woolworths at the moment) roughly 400g, and a small-med sized avocado, mashed into a paste. All stirred together.

My sludge is 3 heaped spoons of (low salt) PB + 1 heaped scoop of choc (nutrawhey) protein. No water, I like it fairly dry and to drink the water as required :D I don't have sludge every fat day, but haven't had it for a week so couldn't wait to get stuck in.

Doesn't look incredibly appetising but damn it tastes good! =P~
