has anyone else noticed that canned fish has come down in price? i paid 2 bucks a can for 210g john west salmon when it used to cost at least $3.20

All gone! I don't usually have any sauce on my fish / vege. i usually just cover the fish with that home made salsa.

Added the sauce tonight which only had 3.0g of carb to make it more asceticaly pleasing \:D/

250g Snapper in there from food town on special at the mo for $32.99 per kg :shock:

I am sure normal price a couple of years ago was like $27.00 (what the hell happened).

yes indeed, i have a lovely fiance that makes all my meals for me everyday. Not that i can't cook (i am actually pretty good at it). Its just a hell of a lot easier just having to eat all these meals rather than preparing them all ay :nod:

MMMM, put a couple of mushrooms on top of it tonight, they were just done a non stick fry pan with no butter or oil.. all good ay..
