Hey guys,

Just wondering what you's think about Tegal Chicken Nuggets

I'm bulking and have a pretty solid diet but would just like to add something different into the weekends?

Have everything sorted during the week at work but its just the downtime I get at home, don't usually seem to eat as much on the weekends since I'm not busy.

Beware the sodium, for a serving of 6 nuggets at 120g it's quite high at 384mg. If you were to eat anything else that contributed to the sodium level, it'd make the meal high sodium.

Low-sodium food: less than 140 milligrams per serving

Moderate-sodium food: less than 400 milligrams per serving

High-sodium food: more than 400 milligrams per serving

They're not an especially great source of protein either. In my book they're a carb, a side dish, or a snack.

I'm with PTinCHCH on this one. Just don't consume processed food, especially processed meat...it's like having guys operating a day care centre...it's unnatural. :pfft:

But seriously, I used to eat a lot of chicken nuggets/patties/chippies and I simply got fat, and it's caused other problems too such as irregularities and the skin problems. So now when I see that crap, I bolt!!! Have ZERO desire to eat that anymore, even if you put it 1 cm from my face, it ain't passing my lips!

Please do heed my advice, otherwise you'd experience shit loads of suffering that no man should ever go through. :pray:
