help bulking up please!

ive just turned 19 im 1.73 cm tall

and weigh 77kg at 9.0% bf

at the moment im eating heaps of rice and chicken and traing 5 times a week

any one got any advice on how to get bigger quicker?

While on the subject of bulking up I went to see Helen Alohei last night before she took off for the Universe in Germany today.

At close to 6' tall she used to weigh (5 years ago) 66kgs.She then embarked upon a building phase just like Marcus and the rest of the members have advised.She built up to 7-8 meals a day with protein at every meal.I have never seen anyone eat as much porridge as she does with powder mixed in.

Last night she was 88kg's at 10% (remember women are about 5% higher than men due to the hormone estrogen).She looked superb.

Since last year when she finished 3rd in the physique class she has really concentrated on width and arm size and has succeeded brilliantly.

No one can predict the Universe as we haven't seen the Continentals and Americans but I think she can win her class and overall title.She is just so well balanced with good straight limbs through the legs,a high rib cage.wide clavicles and straight spinal regions plus masses of quality muscle.

So just like your brothers on this web site have told you ,eat,eat and eat.

Dont worry about bodyfat you obviously have a high metabolic rate and burn calories so you have to over compensate for this.

She will email me next week end when the results are known and I will post them to this web site as soon as they come through.

We have done it with Rugby, League and I hope bodybuilding will be next.

i have the same problem like 2guns. I CANT BULK!!! im 16, 180cm and weigh 75kg (dnt know bodyfat %) and been gymming for 7 months now. BUT IM JUST TOO SMALL!

I know rice is good but i've been eating rice for every meal for 16 years 6months and 8days of my life! and i just cant seem to get any bigger no matter how much i stuff myself. Im also taking protein too and that's helped me get some muscle on but im still small....

including diets and work out tips, how can i get BIG really really fast?

The best advice I could give you would be to go to the post Doggcrapp Training Manual in Bodybuilding /Powerlifting dicussion, read it, learn it, use it as your bible!

I can guarantee that'll you'll pack on more size in a month than you have in all your training so far! You'll grow strong & big.

Give this a try for a good few months & you'll be very very surprised at the gains you get "naturally" you can look at the gear later down the track once you're a lot bigger & stronger "naturally"
