Wow bruce lee styles, just need some lamb in that badboi.

Worst shake ive had was when i was in a rush and i had to down some protein before i shot off. I started with my usual morn shake.

4 egg whites, a little milk and a little water, handful of icecubes, some cayenne, ginger and cinnamon, and a big scoop of vanilla whey

only i forgot the whey part

so basically i had spicy egg water....was badd

Protein 90 back in the days by Horleys - that stuff was absolute crap - the oldies can vouch for that :pfft:

P90 was a musashi pre-mix wasn't it? Sweetend with protein polymers ... they were going to try and roll it out to schools but the taste was so bad it didn't make it past gov endorsement. may be it was P30?

But yep, I finished the tub... it don't have to taste good, just be good for you!

Bet ya I could...I use to be fussy on the types of flavour and crap...not anymore...I take what I can get...

Bet ya I could...I use to be fussy on the types of flavour and crap...not anymore...I take what I can get...

So we've heard :pfft: this was seriously vile stuff, must have been aimed at the American palate.

Nah mate definitely not Musashi - (even though their stuff was rubbish as well). Can picture it like it was yesterday. Silver can, black and green labelling..... shit I must be old :grin: : Roll it out to schools? The only place it needed rolling to was the bin!

After an initial brilliant experience with strawberry All the Whey, I did a bit of a bulk buy last year from bb.com and bought a few of their flavours: cinnamon bun, chocolate mint and another strawberry. I don't know if I just got lucky with the first strawberry, but all three of the second lot that I bought were vile, with this nasty aftertaste, including the strawberry.

So I'm using the cinnamon bun for my home made oaty bars, as just can't drink it - but with a bit of added real cinnamon mixed in with oats and peanut butter you don't really notice the odd taste.

I'm using the chocolate mint for sludge - it's perfectly edible in that form, but as a shake - yuk.

As for the strawberry - well, I'm drinking it occasionally, and I'm not going to buy any more protein powder til this lot is all finished (no point saving a ton of money using bb.com then chucking it all out because it tastes foul!).

But I won't be buying that brand again, for sure.

Strawberry flavouring does not taste like strawberries. So they all crap there.

The worst I had was having a vanilla WPC shake with water and 3 eggs. But... the water was straight from the tap, and it still had some hot water in it. So it was warm...

grossest tasting drink ever, but I didnt want to tip it out so I drank it. Just wrong.
