Some people say 21 some 25 there is no right "age to start" it just depends on how much experience training and knowledge you have and if you have already reached your maximum potential through good training and diet.

I would be surprised if any one at 19 has achieved this

Supposidly it is 21, but in reality everyone is different. I would say if you got in BBing when you were say 16 then you could possibly use aas when your 19, but even then your body will probaley still be producing high natural test anyway, you want to basically max out your natural potential first, and have a good knowledge base before you start. If you started training at like 18 or 19 then i would wait till your turn 21 at least.

21+ is fine

19 is okayish if you have good bb experience

18 and under is a no-no IMO

These are all just my own thoughts though, remember that.

What do you call "being serious" ? Going more than 4 times a week?

Are you eating 6-7 times a day? Is your form good? Are you maximising your potential?

Your perception of "being serious" may differ from an experienced persons pov. Its hard to judge someone who just wants to start because they think its a good idea.

Don't take these comments too personally, bro. You've obviously got a goal, and the determination to reach it - and that's admirable. So don't feel down. Just remember in this game, patience is everything!

What does your diet look like right now? If that's not up to scratch, then no amount of steroids is going to help. And once you do improve your diet, you'll probably find you suddenly start making good gains anyway. :)

Hey bro, lay off the gear till your about 21. Ideally I reckon everyone needs a platform of solid natural training with diet honed to perfection for about 5 years. But of course we want results now. So wait until your 21 and youve had 3 good years of natural training and know how your body responds etc.

personally i think that at 19 you're adult enough to make your own choices. however i don;t think that you might have had enough muscle maturity in there. once again your choice :)

a simple starting cycle would be

sus and dbol. in low quanitities to see how the body handles it. but first off training and diet is important.

what gym do you go to out west???

So you want to juice. OK.. but let me ask you

*how long have you been training

*how is your diet?

You can juice all you want but if your diet sucks you'll just go back to the way you were.

It's believable if you know where to look. Let common sense prevail, look up steroid profiles and read a lot of places to get a broad idea then post questions and you should be sweet.

I was just looking at the video section of our site (I'm in the process of testing a new video to put up there, but that's another story... :D).

Anyway, if you haven't already seen it, have a look at the seminar by Lee Priest.

Marc Rainbow (pro bber): It's all this pressure over time that promotes the gain, and most people forget that. They think it's gonna happen in a year or so.

Lee: Yeah, bodybuilding takes a long time... People think, "Oh, I'm gonna get into bodybuilding", and after four months they're like, "Shit, it's not happening - I quit!" And then, "You only look like that because you take drugs."

But it takes years for muscle to grow. It's not one of those things that's gonna happen overnight... Most pros, before they turn pro, have been training a good 12 years or more.

I would say have steady base of training and knowledege at least 3 years , learn as much as you can about steroids and other anabolic agents before starting. Talk to your Dr ( even though most them have no clue about these types drugs ) get blood test regularly. Talk to other people who have tried them before and learn from them.......... after that in your hands .... :):)

I have to agree with you there about the Dr's. Most have absolutely no idea, some have wrong ideas about steroid use.

BIGKIWI has some good advice there, talk to people who have used steroids themselves, they will no doubt be the most knowledgable of all.
