Just a side thought, I was of the belief that raw egg can not be processed ?

That argument aside, raw egg yolk is one of the richest sources of lipase, and is therefore a primo digestive aid, among other things. I'd ditch the whites and leave the yolks. All of the fat soluble vitamins, (A, D, E and K) are found in the egg yolk. The yolks also contain almost all of the zinc, iron, choline, and more. Choline is the biz 8)

Choline and its metabolites are needed for three main physiological purposes: structural integrity and signaling roles for cell membranes, cholinergic neurotransmission (acetylcholine synthesis), and as a major source for methyl groups via its metabolite, trimethylglycine (betaine) that participates in the S-adenosylmethionine synthesis pathways.
