Not sure, but I can't see any reason to put up extra $ to buy BCAAs if you are already buying whey.

Agree, that's why I ask. Though glutamine might be worth extra supplementation; it is well known to help with recovery and I wouldn't go without it.

yeah although doesn't milk contain a significant amount of glutamine? i drink 2-3 glasses of milk before bed

Yeah, I think you're right. It's another good reason for using cassein as often as WPC/WPI, especially at night.

Any ideas on where to get some cheap cassein? I've been buying but not in bulk.
