look here fag - u are right that you cant learn anything here, but its because your ignorant, not because everyone else is inferior to you.

advice - stop posting up bullshit topics. everything you post is simple, nothing questions that a google OR site search could answer. you want to be spoonfed every little bit of info, its lame

do some research for all your dumbshit questions, and come back with some half-intelligent ones.

real talk.

just use google bro, you'll get answers to the questions you're asking. alternatively go to the resources link at the top of this page- it covers the basics of bodybuilding, which is what you're asking us to help you with. it just gets a bit tiring hearing the same old questions asked when they're already covered in detail for you on this site.

There are alot of ignorant shits on this page, answer to your question, it does differ from one person to another, rule of thumb seems to be 1gram of protein per 1kg of bodyweight. Don't be put off and good luck.

so if I was a lean 100kg, I'd only need 100grams of protein?

epic%20fail.jpeg

a good mark for a lean 100 kg would be like 400-450 gram. im a lean 85 86 kg build on about 350 grams?

and the 'rule' of thumb cantygirl is actually 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. for the more serious trainers you would need like 2 grams per pound of bodyweight. the majority of these people are more anabolic than beginners from long term hard training with enhanced metabolism.

dam net tough troll.

just do the rest of us a favor, next topic you think about starting, think of its relevance, importance, contribution and judge if its worth posting.

BUT WAIT!!!...

if you decide its relevant enough to post, don't.

Google it. search this site. check wiki. do a little research. if then your still a bit unsure, post away.

just for the love of all that is good on the internet, stop making pointless crappy topics just so you can come and check it every five minutes going "oooh ive had 62 views and 14 replys!", "im so popular"...

i can only imagine the amount of pointless, shitty, useless, good for nothing crap talking pages and groups youve started on facebook.

uber cool dude.

I have already asked the computer questions. Google often comes up with some text book answers. I told you I prefer to communicate with the human type (There is no substitute for experience). NOT STALE know it all dickheads like yourself.

"not because everyone else is inferior to you" I have never typed or said anything thats comes close to that statment. So not only are you a dickhead but you put words on other peoples mouths.

If your not here to help people f*ck OFF!! I dont want to know you.

loser.

Go-Away-Baseball.jpg

you should reread this thread, and maybe you will notice the common thread of advice, as to JFGI. and if you cant answer the basic question such as daily protein requirements, with a simple search/site search, as ALREADY suggested to your ignorant ass, then may i suggest some computer lessons? im sure most cities have free courses in entry level computer skills, so you could learn how to net search.

honestly jeffrey, the 'protein requirements' thing is almost as overdone as the 'whats creatine like' threads, including on this site. you ARE asking shit thats already been answered BY REAL PPL.

f*ck, wheres a brick wall, i wanna bang my head on it, itd be more productive...
