Ok well...just sharing my thoughts and a conversation from this afternoon. I had just competed my chest training and eager to get home to begin my evening ritual of getting my food ready for tomorow and just before I could make good my escape from the gym I got cornered by one of the PTs and he boldly asks me if I had ever used steroids *while making the Jabbing motion into the forearm to get his question across* I in turn ask him what bought this question on? He in turn anwsers back that I have a great physique and was just wondering??? Well, I have been asked quite a few times if I have ever used gear by a number of people over the years and some I have told the truth, only because I have gotten to know them well enough and I know who they are connected too, others I have lied and denied it, only because I didnt know these people...but to get back to what the PT asked me...well I lied of course 8) .

Just kinda wondering If others have had the same from people asking them etc? What was your reaction and what was their reaction?

Admittedly, Im not in the greatest of shape from my own personal view...but for some reason people have commented on my training and my physique and given me the thumbs up. I must be blind or sumthing....

You must be looking the part Specter :pfft: Its a bit embarrassing when people start those antics in the gym. We have been discussing it on BK & the general feeling is there is a lot more discussion & freedom of speech on gear in recent times. Seems both in Australia & here in Godzone. Has any one else noticed or experienced this?

Pics Alex or it's not true..

You looked below par the last time I saw you, so unless there is some kind of new magic pill I don't know about

Thats my point...I am below par....I dont get even why this PT even asked me????..I never talk to the guy and try to avoid talking to anyone in the gym I train at. I just want to finish my training at the gym and get the fuk out and on with my life...

Is their something in a another gym goer or PT watching you train and these people are thinking.."What the Fuk is that guy on?" "Whats his secret?"

Ive never had anyone come up to me giving advice, yet random people come up to me and ask for advice...Im no qualified PT or instructor...so the way they see me...am I doing something right??...Am I visually motivating???...Or am I just awe inspiring?

As for pics...dont care really...after watching some of the crap on here.."whats your stats?" "How long you been training?" "Pics please!" = Stalker Material and Peeps taking the Piss.

mate, no disrepect to your physique saying this - its far superior to mine! but i reckon its sometimes not your physique or strength that people notice. its intensity. those dumb fucks who text/talk shit etc, who have no TRUE desire to change their bodies, just cant comprehend why others such as us push so hard in the gym - something theyre not mentally capable of. so their first explanation they come up with? "shit, that guys going hardcore! - must be on the roidz" LOL.

just a thought bro?

Yeah I reckon that's got something to do with it. People who never get results, or are unlikely to get results, may assume you must be on a magick pill to get your results. Perhaps because the equation eat + train + sleep is too basic to be true. It can't possibly be that simple...

Most PT's are moron's, you know that Specter.

This will give me something to ponder over...trying to think back I guess back in the days I was and...well I guess..still am one of those peeps who think along the same lines of watching others and thinking the same shit....Interesting.

It's a compliment bro. I trained natty for the first 5 years and many people just assumed I was on the gear. After 6 months of training I could bench 120kg for reps @ 95kg no problem. (completely relate to what SFS has pointed out around intensity)

People will always make assumtions based on their own inferiority. Be proud of your physique ... you worked hard for it - it's for you to judge not them. :)

The funny thing is if you denie it they don't believe you anyway

Third door on the left bro. Knock fast three times followed by five knocks with a brief pause in between. When Big Kenny answers the door naked DO NOT look down.
