Old School Battle for the Olympia series....

Recommended Posts

Kevin is great to watch, I have seen some of his training vids before.

i think hes wearing one of those plastic shirts underneath his hoodie :P

I think he must be wearing a plastic shirt to hit an easy triple at 220kg, here he is benching Roar and misses 140kg

But when you are in the shape that he was in and standing on the Olymipa stage against guys like Yates and Coleman I wouldn't care if he benched 30kg or 300kg, pretty sure that's not part of the judging criteria.

Kevin was famous for his fluctuations in strength and the amount of muscle he carried. He didnt train year round and used to only train for a few months before a comp. He used to just completely let himself go for the rest of year and go touring with his band and what not. But once he was back in training he was one of the strongest pros around.
