Hi guys,

Well I don't know about you, but my training starts today, first up a good blast on the crosstrainer, pump class to follow. That should just about do it. Im planning my training week now with work, with plans to be leaner this year in preparation for Aussie comp in May. I figure that if I commit myself to being better than last year by letting you lot in on the plan then I can't back out with some lame excuse.

Will keep you updated. Anybody else heading across the ditch for comps this year?

That's awesome that you're competing in Oz. I'm in awe of all of you guys who compete. I doubt I'd have the ability to diet down, nor the self confidence to put myself out there like that - never mind walking in heels if you're doing figure :pfft:

I kind of feel as though my year is just beginning this week too. I've been training right though, just a few days off over chrissy, but I'm really starting to push myself starting now, as I feel like I've maybe got a bit slack with improving strength, and although I've been hitting personal bests, it's just been with increased reps rather than with increased weights, so it's time to make some strength gains starting now!

Hell, if I can do it anybody can, im the least disciplined person I know!!!!

Did that bloody pump class yesterday, unfortunately when you instruct the class you put a little more effort in and holly shit im paying the price. Walking like ive got bad nappy rash and the stairs at home are excrutiating to navigate.

Did a cardio today which eased things up a little, hoping to push some weights around at the end of the week.
