Who is Competing in the 2010 NZFBB Auckland Champs?

Hey everyone!

I am planning to compete in the 2010 NZFBB Auckland Champs!

This will be my 1st ever competition! lol should be fun!

Il be 19 years old on the day of the contest, so i think that means i will be in the junior class!

Who else will be competing in this contest?

I am sure there will be a bit who will compete. Good luck mate, jrs is a pretty tough class from what I've seen. (atleast in my opinion lol)

when should i start dieting for the contest? and what should my diet look like so i can get that really ripped look?

All depends.. people say 12 weeks before the competition but it depends, maybe you're pretty lean so you won't need as much or way out of shape and need more.

well im a bit fat now lols, but ive been looking around, and i think ive got my diet down, asked a few good teen bodybuilders for thea help! should be sorted!
