Cheaper and more readily accessible than a massage. Quieter and less demanding in some cases too :pfft:

I think Sam Byrd has registered a 700lb raw squat.

Because of the 24 hour weigh in, his true weight in that video would be well over 100kg - he's known for his ability to cut weight for a weigh in then put it back on for the competition. Still very impressive, though.

so he can put over 10kg on in 24 hours ? insane

Yeah but after losing that amount in water.
