Recommended Posts

I thought I would share this book I came across. Looks like an interesting read. I don't know how good or accurate the information is but there is a lot of it.

I hope you enjoy it :) Let me know if you download it and tell me what you think :D

Llewellyn has long been regarded as the Guru of Modern Bodybuilding. Most of his information is sound but he does appear to have trouble with people debunking his theories. He has been a firm advocate of using Tamoxifen for continuous estrogen control when it has been proven more recently to be carcinogenic & depletes IGF & Gh in the body. Not saying it still does not have a place in our medicine cabinet but there are better & safer drugs to use now, if you can get them

howdy bulking4ever,cheers mate that is a lot of information to take in aye,

i do have that site on my bookmarks, and i have looked at lots of others too, that is proberley one of the better ones to read, as on other ones theres not much said about exemestane.

I do have part of my cycle already but was just looking for conformation and other peoples opinions about a good pct realy.

Has any body here tried nolva combined with exemestane?

I just want to make sure im covering all bases.

I do think myself il go with that pct ,as what iv already read about it ,it does make sence.

Thanks for any input guys.

Exemestane (Aromasin) is regarded as the best AI for use on a PCT. It targets both E1 & E2 in males very effectively. I cant see any advantage in running Tamoxifen with Aromasin as it is a suicidal inhibitor & binds to the aromatase enzyme & permanently blocks aromatase. It can only be restarted by new enzyme synthesis, wheras Nolva only competes with estrogen at the estrogen receptor & is selective in the tissues that it works in. There may be some merit in running Nolva after a course of A-sin in a tapering out fashion.
