sorry ...I will have a video soon...I wan to video my 405 bench press and my rack pull

I am little bit below my knees....I had it lower last week..but I felt to much pressure in my back (Last week I did 495)...I raised and I didn't feel my back at all this time....I can probably add another 50 to 100 lbs too

You don't have to believe me, I do it for my self..I was in a really good mood so I just wanted to share my happiness...sorry for if I disrespected any one.

Rack pulls

12 x 135

10 x 225

8 x 315

8 x 405

8 x 495

2 x 585

not that impressive man. i mean well done and all but not worth starting a thread for.

you right...it was an impulse thing right after my workout...next time I will keep to my self..sorry

that's still six plates and a 2.5kg each side, and a 405 bench is good also dude just over 3 and half plates well done

Well if he's given the pound measurements he's probably using 45s. So 6 plates for the rack pull and 4 for the bench.

Still a fair workout, Keep training hard P
