Hey all

Have been training for about 18 months and going back to uni has given me the time to dedicate to training 5x a week.

Used to be one of those chain smokers, alcohol addicts, fat addicts, coffee addict and some other things addict  .

However found the gym and havent looked back dropped weight, decreased body fat to 18% from 42% (lot of hard work believe me!).

Trying to get that elusive body beautiful (well a bit more). Well body builder-ish not competition level but that look-good pumped look. so when I look in the mirror I know what I did to get it.

Not a poser or bullshitter just want to look good and have fun while doing it.

Looking forward to listening to some good advice and believe me I have loads of questions.

Cheers

Jeremy

Welcome, and well done - that's wicked progress - and yes, knowing how far you've come is one of the best reasons to do it!

Fire up the questions
