A lot of people say count calories if you want to loose weight.

Calories in < Calories out = loose weight and other way around, but I've been reading strenght training articles and they say as long as you eat healthy, counting calories is not a biggie, just have carbs only post workout.

Eat protein, veggies, healthy fats and fruits with every meal.

I'd say around 18% bf? Thats a very bad guess btw
