Hey :P

im 19 had a personal trainer for 2 years 3 times a week (costing me an arm and a leg) without supplements and for last year working in my own home gym, I was weighing 125.6 kg at 6ft 2 im now down to 105.5 packed on a lot of muscle and strength and have been using no shotgun v3, ripped freak, morph, max whey protein, ice whey protein and a few others in the last year,

im now just taking no shotgun and ripped freak recommended doses.

Now I have a double average cholesterol thanks to the family jeans

Is what I am taking on a daily basses going to effect me in a negative way in the future or now, if so what and how

!!!Please comment only if you know what your talking about as I am taking this very seriously!!!

note: i do not smoke, drink or drugs

but im not on a eating diet or anything

Samoan_muscle, I know two first-time-posters in a row looks a bit suspicious, but I think in this case they're legit. Welcome, both of you!

Spudgun, I assume you're having your cholesterol monitored regularly. Has there been any change?

Also, supplements aside, what does the rest of your diet look like?

thanks for taking time to reply, yes i only take one ripped freak a day weather training or not as i was told it was best.

i do keep it monitored with no change which is not exactly good as its 8.something instead of 4.something.

my diet is not much i have just boosted my water intake considerably and my sugar drinks to a minimum if not non as far as food goes i don't have take out much but when i do because of my girlfriend try to eat subway other then that every meal is pretty good except dinner thats usually rice or past as parents cook it because i don't finish work till 8 but i do the majority of my training at night unless its my day off.

if you have any training advice or eating advice please feel free to send it.

Hey there mate,

I take it you don't have any health problems? I Don't see any problem with taking NO shotgun but i would suggest to cut down on Ripped freak to 1 before your training, and have ice whey protein after.

hope this helps somehow.

good enough for parents, there medical professionals so they just worrie
