same dosage as any other protein powder mate and there are a few threads around here on the subject of the fontera wpc. I know one has a pdf attachment with all the nutritional values.

just do a search in that little box up there in the right hand corner where it says Search this site... you'll find tons of stuff.

All depends on how much protein you want per serve... if it's 80% protein it shouldn't be hard to figure out!
