Hey does anyone know how much carbs fat and protein i should have per day for gaining lean mass and fat loss?

29yrs old

1.78cm

92kgs

Training split:

day 1-back-forearms

day 2-chest-front delts (pm calves)

day 3-off

day 4-arms

day 5-thighs

day 6-delts-traps (pm calves)

day 7-off

cardio every training morning 20-30 mins

abs every training day after big body parts

Pre-season: approx 12 weeks (18 - 24 from show)

P 50%

C 25%

F 25%

Inseason: 6 - 12 weeks - until you reach desired bfat% based on cals in are less than maintinance + exer req

P 60%

C 10%

F 30%

Off season - just eat everything you can :grin: IMO

i dont compete but i would like to get in prime shape by october what sort of ratio would you recommend from now until then?
