Heavy Metal Marinade

Probably not really a BB recipe but tis a goodie for this time of year with BBQs and all:

Ingredients- enough for one person

Some pineapple juice

3 tbsps soy sauce

2 tsp ginger

1 tsp garlic

1 bottle of Jack Daniels

Mix everything together well with a couple of slugs of Jack. Get some steak, chicken or pork and brush liberally with the marinade.

Find somewhere to cook it, or start a fire of your own. Drink a couple of shots yourself and occasionally turn the meat adding more marinade when you remember. Eat.

That's what made me think of it again, I bought a george today in Le sale, I've been grilling with my warehouse sammich maker until now. I'm off now to make some steak in Le George it even has a BLAST button I'm sooooo excited!!!

I think it would work well in a george, although George might not approve if the Jack!
