Super pump 250 dosage

Bought sp250 a couple of days ago. Tried half a scoop the first day, didn't really notice much effects. Tried a full scoop yesterday, not much either. However I hadn't eaten well on both these days. Have had a good breakfast 2day, gonna try maybe 1.5scoops see if there's much difference.

I used to take No X-plode (the one before it was banned), I'd mix that with Eas Phosphagen HP (grape flavour)- Had some awesome workouts and strength gains on that mix.

I'm guessing maybe I expected too much from SP250. What dosages do you guys take? cheers

I used it in October/November 09 for the first time with creatine.

Workouts were significantly better during that period....however;

It dosent in any way replace any of your pre workout meals so eat normally.

Secondly, I used two scoops. It was bloody good for high rep medium weight exercises. The body wanted to squat 140kgs x 20 as opposed to regulaly finding it an eyepopping grind. Due to often getting the jitters it made it hard to concentrate on the low rep heavy days.

I plan to use it again in February after coming off another heavy cycle.

Just started Sp myself, had been using plasmajet.

Using 1 scoop of Sp I found the endurance up, more energy but a bit less power/strength towards the end in comparison, so strength down very minmally, but the will to continue up. Early days so might just have been a diet issue or maybe 2 scoops is the win button... my wallet hopes not.

One scoop is enough for me. It makes me gurn like crazy, and any more than one scoop I'd be walking round with too many freakish facial expressions and scare people at the gym and on the way there. But then I'm a girl so my dosage would be lower.

Isn't the standard in the US 3 scoops, rather than 3 'serves' (with one 'serve' being a third of a scoop)? I'd go crazy on that much!

I thought it was rubbish. I got used to it within 2 weeks and had to use 3 scoops to get a hit off it in th end. flagged it and went to No Shotgun...heaps better - 1 scoop and good energy.

Funny how different people have different effects. I love SP250, even on relatively small dose, but don't feel a great deal of anythingwith No Shotgun in terms of energy. Not compared with SP250 anyway. I definitely wouldn't buy No Shotgun again but would buy SP250.

Have been using this for the last 3 months. I use 1.5 to 2 scoops 30 mins before training but never in the afternoon or im not getting to sleep until well after midnight. I get more of a pump out of this than i have from any other pre trainer although it makes me sweat something chronic and my stomach took 3 weeks to get used to its affects.

I've used SP250 for long time and one thing I can tell ya is try take 1 sfull scoop ( wich is 3 servings and that should be enough) a while after your last meal(1 hour I'd say).Everytime I took it a few minutes after a meal I didn't feel it, but when I waited at least 1 hour after last meal it worked well.1 scoop gives me an awesome pump and I get pretty vascularized.
