Hey guys,

I've heard some good things about this creatine, and it seems reasonably cheap too.

It's absolutely no different to any other brand of Kre-Alkalyn. Check the patent number on the link you posted, US patent# 6,399,661, and compare it with Purple-K, NFS, etc. Same ingredient, same dose per capsule. The effects, if any, will be the same irrespective of which brand Kre-Alkalyn you buy, so you might as well buy the cheapest one, if you buy any at all.

true, well i use purple k at the moment, it's pretty expensive though so i was thinking of changing >_
