First Test E Cycle

Hey guys

Im looking to start the following cycle next week.

Test Enanthate - 150mg every 4 days until out. (I have 4000mg on hand)

I will have access to Nolva if any gyno symptoms etc occur.

I will also look to use this for my PCT however I am undecided at this point if I will do this or instead taper off - the reason I am considering not doing a PCT is due to the amount I am running, and due to the success I have heard from a few people I have talked to who didnt use PCT for their first cycles which were similar to mine.

The reason I am going to inject every 4 days and not twice a week etc is due to my work and training schedule, it works better for me.

My stats:

Im 27 and been training for 8 years... solidly and consistently for 5 years.

Im 80kg at 14%BF.

My diet currently is around 3500cals per day but will increase this once on cycle.

i train 3 days on 1 day off, with a 4 day split.

I have been researching and considering a cycle for 18months now so this wasnt a decision i came to because I want an easy solution.

Even tho I feel i have done a lot of research i am not niave enough to think I know everything or even close and I know there is a lot of guys on here who know what they are talking about and know far more than me. Experience counts for a lot.

With that said Im after an suggestions/ critiques etc?

Im not wanting to kick start with dbol etc as I want to know how i react to the test for my first cycle.

Nice Post. I would consider putting your shots up to 200mg E4D to give you close to 400mg PW. 300mg is fairly light. If you are going to fck your HPTA you might as well do the job properly. I'm not advocating more is better just to ensure you get enough to be effective. You will need to do a PCT after the 12 weeks. Good luck, keep us posted on your progress.

Cheers I will run pct. Is Nolva sufficient for pct then? Is 20mg/day for 4 weeks enough? Should I start my pct 1 or 2 weeks from my last injection?

I have read and heard so many contradictions, I find it is an area which is still hard to get consistent answers in.

Hey guys, hoping someone can help me out here...

Im 2 1/2 weeks in and over the last week I have noticed my waist line has increase quite considerably. Im not convinced Im putting on much fat tho as my legs, arms, shoudlers etc are still showing considerable seperation and definition.

Iv been taking .8ml every 4 days (200mg/ml) test enanthate. I know it generally takes test 4weeks to fully kick in... my question is could this be water retention as opposed to fat gain? My weight has increased roughly 3.5kg.

All useful help much appreciated.

Iv definately been eating more, my appetite has been ridiculous, I wouldnt say tho that I have been eating all that dirty or extreme. Ive tightened it up a bit since I started, now eating slightly less than I was. I dont want to sacrifice any gains but of course not wanting to be fat and big either.
