Sure bro,like I said and I stand for : I personally do it this way,thats my method and I simply told him my opinion.Of course he does what he wants to do based on his goals and researches.

Another suggestion based on my personal method is that ''smashing my body'' isn't exactly what makes you grow.Stimulate,Rest,Grow,Repeat.Shortening recovery time equal constantly growth.Cheers

Some days i wonder why i post here..

hehe bro don't worry posting on these threads cause people to become really proud of their selves and they come here to ''teach'' others.The best way is to hear people's opinion but in the end you have to make up your own mind.Research is better than opinion.That's just my opinion :grin: There's a nice text I found years ago and I've larnt lots from it,here it is:

''It is OK if you to do not subscribe to information in line with popular opinion.It is ok to think differently than the masses.Remember-you want a different and better body than everyone else...You want to build larger muscles and lose more body fat than the rest of the flock...

If you want generalized results, follow generalized advices.If you want more superior results then you must separate yourself from the generalized information and costumize it to your unique self!

If you're getting results with a certain method then who cares what every anybody else says or does?

Blindly accepting the advice of ''experts'' can lead to mental atrophy and apathy.You become a slave to other prople's advice and never learn to think critically for yourself.Dig deep, research, and come to your own conclusions.''

thanks for entertaining me this morning boys...was good lol.

Talking bout the glucose (lol been here before ay bulking :3)is such large amount needed to properly absorb all that protein from the PWO shake? at most I've only ever added 10-20g.

Would increasing the amount increase the absorption of the protien?
