BULKING diet,need help

hi all, little input and suggestions with diet if ya could :nod:

about to start new diet plan this week

**half cup mixed nuts,seeds,fruits snack on during day**

m1:1 cup oats,1 scoop whey mixed with low fat milk,dried bananas and 3 whole eggs,3 whites on piece toast ans 10g glutamine

m2:1cup rice,250grams breast chicken

m3:300grams mashed kumara,250grams breast chicken

m4:1cup rice,250grams breast chicken

*workout*

pwo shake 2 scoop whey and balance recovery stack drink + glutamine

m5:300grams steak,veges/salad

m6:??

before bed 1 scoop casein powder

all this works out to be

4957 cals

100g fat

500g carbs

526g protein

ive got this data from back of protein containers,packets off foods and fitday.com

in,that case - imo your well on the right track. id maintain those cals day in day out, and keep an eye on 2 things. total weight, and abdominal girth. both are gonna increase when bulking, but track it every week - mostly in the beginning to make sure your cals are not too HIGH, though for most eating too much is rarely ever a problem, 99% of the time its not eating enough thats the issue. so if your weight doesnt start to creep up, simply eat more - either eat more often, or larger serves. or both. :grin:

but i like your foundation, very similar to my diet. you should start journalling bro, youll get on-the-fly advice, and alotta motivation!
