Warren has been involved with NABBA & ran CHC shows up until 2008. He was a top BBer & is an experienced trainer. I do not know what his training program is now but Les Mills have their own certified instructers so there is a good element of control I expect. If you are looking to specialise in Bodybuilding look up Jamil Rehman. He is a good local bodybuilder come from the UK last year & is a trainer at Les in the City. Say I recommended him so I get my 10% finders fee :pfft:

i would recoment ither of these guys if your looking at compeating and are at les mills,

if your not currently in a gym we are spoilt for choice in chch for great bbing trainers.
