hey um jst a quick question,

im sorta new at this and i was talking to my friend who has been bodybuilding for quite a while and he says the buying products from america is better than buying in nz because he says that the american version has prescription stuff in it and is made differently than the stuff sold in nz. in particluar we discussed BSN Cellmass. i was jst wondering if you guys could help me out here and if it is really true. below are links to both sites and the products.

mate save your money buy some Creatine Monohydrate and some dextrose or even a tub of powerrade and mix it and chug it down after your workouts dont fall for the hype.

spend the money you saved on good food and whey and probably a good pre workout drink.

I buy my creatine from foodtown ,eas phosphogen creatine 29 bucks for like 500 gms.

I have tried all diff types of creatines but I have the best results with creatine monohydrate.Creatine is cheap as chips so no need to order from BB .com unless you are like ordering some other stuff along with it.

I personally just buy from bodybuilding.co.nz some of your stuff can be stuck at customs which is a freaking pain.

Depends on what you're getting mate, and what the NZ-US exchange rate is at the time.

The way I (usually) do it is I fill up a cart of things I'm after at bb.com, convert the total to NZD, then fill up a cart with the same stuff from an NZ store. Then I'll make a call whether it's worth it or not 8)

Also take into account the fact the NZ stores usually get it to you in 1-2 working days, whereas the fastest bb.com shipping commonly takes about 5 working days.

In saying that though, I've been going through NZ stores more often recently to give my support locally, but for bigger orders where I'll save more than $100, I'll go through bb.com :nod:
