loosing 5kgs in 4 days doesnt mean it will be body fat your loosing

generally you will loose water first especially when dropping the carbs.

you will find if its water youve dropped you will gain it back quickly too when you up the carbs as your body will hold on too it easier.

you should start seeing body fat reduction in a few weeks and try loose it gradually rather than too fast.

having a good diet and cardio like others have suggested is the best way.

i would aim for a loss off .5 to 1 kg a week not too extreme.

and pick your fattest body part and do regular pinch tests if you can find some skin test calipers somewhere maybe every week to see if your getting results.

you might find your body drops fat from some body parts before others and your guts might be the last or it could be the first.

everyone is different but be consistent and it will come off.

I have been trying to lose fat for ages now (4-5 months), had a really good diet, stopped drinking, lowered the carbs, weights 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week. I lost my gut, stomach looks flat with a t-shirt on, probably about 14% body fat, down from 22%. I however can not get down to 10% or less no matter what I do. It is very frustrating, I can still grab a little tyre around my gut.
